PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impression cylinder jacket cleaning device which is of a simple structure and keeps an initial cost/a running cost at a low level with advantages such as high cleaning effect, being free from the abrasion/falling-away of a release agent due to cleaning, no residual nap of a nonwoven fabric, applicability of the device to the cylinder despite its in-cylinder setting mechanism type. SOLUTION: This impression cylinder jacket cleaning device is used for a sheet offset perfecting printing machine equipped with an impression cylinder 23 with a jacket having a metal plate, a base layer with an uneven surface formed on the metal plate and a low surface energy resin layer formed on the base layer attached to the jacket. In addition, the device has a control part which performs a first control to bring a plate cylinder 21 into contact with a blanket cylinder 22 and the blanket cylinder 22 into contact with the impression cylinder 23 and further, keep the cylinders rotating in contact with each other for a specified time in the state that a cleaning element is kept in contact with the blanket cylinder 22. Besides, the control part performs a second control to separate the plate cylinder 21 from the blanket cylinder 22 and bring a water supply roller 51 and an inking roller 61 into contact with the plate cylinder 21.
