In prior art toroidal gearings, rollers (15) are mounted in a manner that enable them to pivot relative to a retaining brackets (16), whereby a coupling of the pivotal motion of adjacent retaining brackets (16) ensues via driver elements (22, 23). According to the invention, the driver elements (22, 23) are axially arranged next to one another and are formed by a single part. This results in advantages with regard to manufacturing and assembly. This toroidal gearing is for use in a motor vehicle, in particular, with torque division.
