The devices has a housing (12) attached to an input selector, which is equipped with tilting baffles. The tilting baffles seal an entrance ramp device (1) with a counter, which is combined with electronic detectors of a passage opening (3) of the tilting baffles. The tilting baffles are arranged corresponding to a thread. An anvil (5) is arranged in an entry path of coins (2), which is provided with a flat plate (11). The flat plate is affixed to an opposite wall of the ramp device of the coins, where the flat plate is utilized to stabilize kinetic energy of the ramp device.
