The device for the traction of the backbone and the posture correction comprises the and fixing appliances for the patient in the hang or in the support providing for the varying height and the attachment to the support. According to the invention, the fixing appliance for the patient in the hang is designed as square-topped cross beam attached to the hinged frame with the hooks. The fixing appliance for the patient in the support is designed as a set of pelots representing the replaceable plates with the soft coating. These plates are capable to be attached in turn in the lower ends of the square-topped cross beam.
