An electric filter contains a housing, inlet and outlet ducts and a precipitant electrode located between them in parallel to the gas flow, consisting of lamellar precipitant elements fixed in upper and bottom beams of precipitant electrode, discharge electrodes located between them, which are mounted on supporting frames, which are suspended on the insulators, fixed on the electrodes of anvils, hammer mechanisms of shaking of electrodes, which interact with the anvils, stops and limiters. The precipitant electrodes are executed sectional on the height, the ends of contiguous sections of precipitant electrodes are equipped with horizontal laths fixed on the lamellar precipitant elements. In this case, the laths of sections being contiguous on the height are connected together and form the additional middle beam of shaking of precipitant electrode, which from both ends is equipped with additional stops, which interact with additional limiters of the lateral motion of precipitant electrode mounted on the housing in its average part on the height, and the anvil mounted on to one of the ends of the middle beam of shaking. The discharge electrodes are sectional, each section is freely mounted on the supporting frames and is equipped with the stops connected with the supporting frames, in this case the smallest distance in the open space between the beam of shaking of precipitant electrode and the ends of the sections of contiguous discharge electrodes, and the distance in the open space between precipitant and discharge electrodes is selected from the ratio. The precipitant electrode is gas-permeable and consists of lamellar precipitant elements, which are made in the form of profile, cross section of which takes the form of Z-shaped broken line, which consists of three series-connected sections, the extreme sections having identical length parallel between them and located in parallel planes distanced from each other, the middle section of broken line connects both extreme sections.
