The arrangement has an actuating unit (9) that pulls a suction disc (2) into a housing cavity (3) for creating a vacuum between the disc and a smooth surface, on which a housing (1) with the disc is placed. The housing is firmly retained by the vacuum on the smooth surface. A compression spring (7) placed in the housing bias an operating unit (4) and suction disc outwardly from the cavity. |
