A seal end plate has configuration and dimensions fitting to surround the neck of horizontal roller in rolling mill, and has circular main section with arm going out axially with respect to the external side of this part. At least one depression is provided on the arm and draining channel, this leads from the depression to the external side of that section. The draining channel is placed in the zone arranged at angle at distance from the horizontal and the vertical coordinate planes separating the tightening end plate into two halves. |
