<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sludge in a settling tank from becoming anaerobic and to prevent the generation of malodors by installing a reaction vessel, the settling tank and an aerobic digestion tank under a floor and providing the apparatus with a stirring means for stirring the org. waste water in the tank by forcibly sending the air into the settling tank. SOLUTION: A storage tank 2, the reaction vessel 3, the settling tank 4, a treated water storage tank 5 and the digestion tank 6 are installed under a floor below the floor surface GL. The operation of a transfer pump P1 existing in the storage tank 2 and a release pump P3 for ejecting the supernatant liquid existing in the treated water storage tank 5 is stopped. A valve V3 disposed at a force feed pipe 12 is opened and the air is forcibly fed form a blower B1 to a diffuser D1 for air diffusion and a diffuser D2 for stirring. The settled sludge on the base of the tank is scraped up by the air ejected from the diffuser D2 for stirring installed in the settling tank 4, by which the org. waste water and the settled sludge are evenly stirred. As a result, the sludge in the settling tank 4 is prevented from being made anaerobic and the generation of the malodors may be prevented.</p> |
