A theme park or public area has a lake on the surface of which is a meandering floating parallel channel with freeboard sides. Water drawn e.g. from the lake is pumped through the circular channel route which provides a ride for persons in e.g. plastic coracles. The floating channel is made up of a series of interlocking modular sections.
