The invention relates to a so-called finger weeder, comprising a frame displaceable over a field and having suspended therefrom a number of weeding implements (14) which each consist of a rotatable body (14) which is provided with drive means (16) and a number of protruding weeding members (18), wherein the weeding members (18) are fastened to an auxiliary body (17) which is releasably connected to the rotatable body (14). The weeding members (18) can herein be embodied as fingers and formed integrally with the auxiliary body (17), for instance of a rubber or elastomer. The weeding members (18) can also be embodied as brushes.
