PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a laminate steel plate are provided to have a strong adhesive force between a main body of the steel plate and a laminate sheet attached to the body and to be applied to a body of various materials. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a laminate steel plate comprises an uncoiler(10) for uncoiling and releasing a coil type main body(1) of the steel plate; a cleaning device(20) applied selectively according to a kind of the main body and having an acid pickling unit(22), an alkali cleaning unit(24) and a rinse unit(26); a first drying device; a heating device; a laminating device forming a laminate steel plate by attaching a laminate sheet to the surface of the body; a cooling device; a second drying device; and a recoiler for winding the dried laminate steel plate in a reel type.
