PURPOSE: A mitt connecting device is provided to maximize not only mitt protection effect through the use of an elastic member, but also training effect through variation in height of a mitt using a joint unit. CONSTITUTION: The mitt connecting device comprises a fixing surface(10) configured to be fixed to an installation object, such as wall surface for supporting the device, a joint unit(20) coupled to one side of the fixing surface so as to vary its orientation in all directions, a fixing groove connected to the joint unit, an elastic member(40) slidably coupled to the fixing groove by interposing a bearing, and a mitt fixing groove(50) connected to the elastic member and opened at one side surface thereof.
