PURPOSE: A field emission display having a spacer bump is provided to prevent the damage on the electrodes due to the spacers by forming highly bumps between the electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A field emission display comprises a cathode having a column electrode and a row electrode; a bump located at the region where an electrode among common electrodes of the cathode is not and which is higher than the cathode; and a spacer(100) provided on the top of the bump and spaced apart from the common electrodes on the cathode.
