<p>1148159 Spray producers WILHELM FLEISSNER K G 1 March 1968 [6 Sept 1967] 10037/68 Index F1A 1B8B 1C2 3C 4Q and 4S2 A device for the airless spraying of fluids comprises a single-acting piston pump 1 for conveying a hydraulic pressure medium in two separate currents of which one is conveyed by means of valves 29 and 35, in an adjustable manner and in circuit, and the other at the same rhythm as the piston movements in alternating directions into one compartment 82 of a chamber separated into two compartments by a diaphragm 75 which close in alternation as the diaphragm is deflected, while the other compartment is connected to a reception chamber 84 for the fluid fed from a container through valve 89 and conveyed to a spray gun via outlet valve 105, the compartment of chamber 82 free from pressure medium being connected to the reception chamber by a further chamber 83 similar to chamber 82, the adjacent and inter-connected compartments of the chambers 82 and 83 being filled with a viscous transmission medium, and the container for the fluid being mounted at a height relative to the reception chamber which ensures appreciable static pressure on the fluid therein. The container may be mounted on feet and stood upon the device, and the delivery conduit may have a valve at the lower end thereof opened by the insertion of the feed conduit of the device.</p> |
