SWEETS CONTAINING HERBAL EXTRACT, AROMA AND HERB POWDER HAVING IMPROVING EFFECT ON MEMORY AS WELL AS ENHANCED SHELF LIFE

PURPOSE: Sweets containing sorbitol, a herbal extract, aroma and herb powder are provided. The sweets improves memory as well as has enhanced shelf life. CONSTITUTION: The sweets contain 75 to 95% by weight of sorbitol, 1 to 10% by weight of herbal extract, 0.1 to 1% by weight of aroma and 0.1 to 0.01% by weight of herb powder. The herbal extract is prepared by mixing Poria cocos, Polygalae Radix, Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Zizyphi spinosi semen, Angelicae gigantis Radix, Euphoria longana and Liriopis Tuber in a ratio of 2:2:2:1:1:1:1. The aroma contains Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lavender in a ratio of 6:2:2. The herb powder contains Cinnamomi Cortex and rosemary in a ratio of 5:5.
