CONSTITUTION: A colorful engraved or embossed tire of a vehicle is formed by mixing silicone powder, synthetic resin powder or rubber powder(12), a strong bond(13) and colorful paint(11) with a mixer(14) having an impeller rotating and turning up and down or right and left. Air is injected into an injection hole(17) of the tire by a rubber packing or screw air injector(16). Various tire fixing units(4,5) mount the colorful engraved or embossed tires to the vehicle such as a truck, a van, a bus, a cultivator, a forklift, an ambulance or a fire truck by rotating back and forth with 360 angular degrees and moving right and left with 180 angular degrees through a wheel fixing sill(7), an assembling screw(6) and assembling plates(8,9).
