PURPOSE: An opening structure for a beverage can is provided to allow a user to easily and conveniently open the beverage can and to ensure safety of the user during opening. CONSTITUTION: In a beverage can designed to be opened with tap(15) coupled to an upper panel(13), a downwardly extending protrusion(14a) is formed at the score(14). As a tip end of the tap is pressed downward during opening of the beverage can, the downwardly extending protrusion(14a) is lowered and a rear end of the tap is raised, so as to make a space(S). Therefore, a user is easily accessable to the rear end of the tap through the space.
