TRICHOSPORON LOUBIERI VARIANT (KFCC-11319), MICROBIAL INOCULANT COMPRISING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR TREATING HIGH CONCENTRATED WASTEWATER USING THE MICROBIAL INOCULANT

PURPOSE: To pretreat high concentrated wastewater biologically in wastewater reservoir by seeding a microbial inoculant comprising Trichosporon loubieri variant (KFCC-11319). CONSTITUTION: The Trichosporon loubieri variant is characterized in that it is trichosporon loubieri SP2 (KFCC-11319) having tolerance to high concentrated wastewater. The microbial inoculant comprises (i) trichosporon loubieri SP2 or (ii) one or more of bacillus sp. selected from the group consisting of bacillus pumilus, bacillus megaterium and bacillus subtilis. The wastewater treatment method comprises steps of (a) pretreating wastewater using a wastewater treatment microbial inoculant comprising (i) trichosporon loubieri SP2, or (ii) one or more of bacillus sp. selected from the group consisting of bacillus pumilus, bacillus megaterium and bacillus subtilis; (b) aerating the pretreated wastewater in an aeration tank; (c) settling sludge contained in the treated wastewater in a settling tank; (d) returning a portion of the settled sludge and disusing residual sludge; and (e) obtaining a supernatant liquid from the finally treated wastewater.
