PURPOSE: A prism sheet for a back light unit is provided to improve luminance characteristic of the prism sheet and increase lateral diffusion to widen a viewing angle of a projection side. CONSTITUTION: A prism sheet includes a transparent base film(3), a prism part(1) having a plurality of protrusions, an anti-reflecting layer(5), and a resin film(4). The cross section of each protrusion of the prism part has a triangular shape and the prism part is located on one side of the base film. The anti-reflecting layer is disposed on the other side of the base film. The resin film contains transparent beads and is located between the base film and the prism part and/or between the base film and the anti-reflecting layer. The prism sheet further includes a primer layer(2) disposed between the resin film and the base film.
