PURPOSE: A main circuit of a vacuum breaker is provided to set easily a pressure of a contact required in a vacuum vessel of the main circuit of the vacuum breaker. CONSTITUTION: A main circuit of a vacuum breaker comprises a vacuum vessel having a fixed contact and a moving contact, a main circuit mounted on a top/a bottom terminal for connecting electrically the fixed contact and the moving contact and connected with an insulating load at the moving contact. The vacuum vessel and the insulating load are covered with mold housing. The insulating load(36) comprises a body(40), a cylinder tube substance(42) fixed at a bottom part of the body, a movable load(43), a spring(44) mounted at a circumference surface of the movable load and applying a contact pressure of the insulating load, and a fixed pad mounted at a bottom end of the spring and supporting the spring.
