PURPOSE: Provided is a water softener which is not restricted by the outside interference or a place to be installed by dividing a common water into two parts, able to prevent overloading, selectively control the temperature of soft water to be discharged, predict the life span of an ion exchange resin and recognize consumed soft water amount in numerical value. CONSTITUTION: The water softener comprises a first and a second water softener(10,10'), each of which is mounted to be connected to each other by pipes (P), a lower part cap(40) connected to the lower part of a body(30) of the water softener by an argon welding, a temperature controller(50) controlling the temperature of light water flown in from the outside, a flow meter(51) making the flow amount of used soft water as a numerical value and predicting the life span of an ion exchange resin and a water purifying filter(52) filtering the soft water discharged from a discharge pipe (P) connected to an outlet of the second water softener one more time to be used as soft mineral water.
