ROTARY SOUNDPROOF PANEL WITH ELASTIC RESTORING FORCE FOR ABSORBING WIND PRESSURE AND REDUCING IMPACT AND NOISE EFFECTIVELY

PURPOSE: A rotary soundproof panel with elastic restoring force is provided to absorb wind pressure gradually by elastically rotating and quickly restoring the soundproof panel with an elastic spring, and to reduce impact and noise by rotating the soundproof panel slowly with hydraulic pressure of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A rotary soundproof panel(100) comprises a hinge shaft(200) placed at both sides for absorbing wind load and rotating between supports; a rotary cam(300) placed in the end of the hinge shaft to rotate with the hinge shaft; a cylinder(400) having a piston rod(420) lifting up and down in turning the rotary cam; an elastic spring(500) elastically compressed and released for restoring the piston rod in the cylinder; and a fixing member(600) turning and hinging the cylinder. The lower part of the cylinder is hinge-combined with the fixing member inside an outer frame(120), and the piston rod is hinge-combined with the outer end of the rotary cam.
