PURPOSE: A declutching system for valve actuator is provided to reduce the unit cost by eliminating a returning part by using an existing returning spring. CONSTITUTION: A declutching system for valve actuator comprises a driving system(10) for transmitting driving force by connecting to a shaft of driving motor(11); a driven system(20) for receiving the driving force by connecting to a valve rotation shaft(21); a clutching device(30) between the driving system and the driven system. When the motor is used, the clutch moves forward by force of restoration of the returning spring, so the driving system is connected to the driven system. When handle is hand-operated, the clutch moves backward, so hand-operated driving force of handle is connected to the driven system.
