PURPOSE: An integrated remote telemetry system and a method for servicing a self-diagnosis by using the same are provided to increase reliability by accurately processing the detected data and to charge through a bidirectional communication. CONSTITUTION: An integrated remote telemetry system includes a plurality of remote telemetry terminals(10-1 - 10-3), a home server(20), an integrated telemetry server(30) and an Internet service site(50). Each of the remote telemetry terminals(10-1 - 10-3) is installed at the home. After the received data measured by the remote telemetry terminals(10-1 - 10-3) is packed in a predetermined format, the home server(20) transmits the packed value to the integrated telemetry server(30). And, the Internet service site(50) is communicated with the integrated telemetry server(30) so as to supply the detected value of the integrated telemetry server(30) transmitted from the home server(20) to each of the energy providers(40).
