EXTENSION ADAPTOR FOR OPTICAL DISC DRIVE MODULE AND HARD DISC DRIVE MODULE FOR USING THE MODULE AT ANOTHER PC WHICH IS NOT INSTALLED THE MODULE

PURPOSE: An extension adaptor is provided to use an optical disc drive module and a hard disc drive module, which form a modular PC, in other PC. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises the first I/O terminals, the second I/O terminals, and conversion devices(33, 34, 35). The first I/O terminals input or output the first voltage signal, a serial ATA(Advanced Technology Attachment) signal, a USB 1.0 signal and a USB 2.0 signal. The second I/O terminals input or output the second voltage signal, a serial ATA signal, a parallel ATA. The conversion devices(33, 34, 35) convert the signals input or outputted via the first I/O terminals, transmit the converted signals to the second I/O terminals, and group three pairs of the serial ATA signals into two pairs of signals if necessary.
