PURPOSE: A lottery ticket type point system is provided to accumulate a point of a customer, to determine a winner via a lottery if the accumulated point attains a target point, and to give all the points of participant customers to the winner. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a point record module, a point management module, a lottery event participant determination module, a weighting module and a winner determination module. The point record module records a point for a customer when the customer purchases a commodity or enjoys a service. The point management module deletes a point when a commodity purchase is cancelled, and confirms the given point when a certain time has passed after the customer purchases a commodity or enjoys a service. The lottery event participant determination module determines lottery event participant customers. The weighting module gives a weight to the determined participant customers according to criteria. The winner determination module determines a lottery winner by drawing a lottery.
