PURPOSE: Provided are combined burner and oil extracting device to reduce the incomplete combustion, to stabilize the unstable combustion by using an oil extracting device, and to stably burn the combustible gas by using a stabilizing burner on storing, initially igniting, and finally treating the generated oil. CONSTITUTION: The combustion burner(10) for combustible gas includes; a burner body; a gas supply pipe vertically arranged to the burner body and supplying a combustible gas; a storage tank installed on the lower part of the combustion burner(10) and storing the separated oil from the gas supply pipe; and a stabilizing burner utilizing the oil inside the storage tank as a fuel, so as to maintain the constant temperature on initial ignition and final treatment; wherein the combustible gas can be smoothly separated from the oil inside the gas supply pipe, smoothly mixed with supplied air and completely burned.
