PURPOSE: A synthetic resin burlap bag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a content from deteriorating by an outdoor moisture, to enhance a durability and a printing resolution of a burlap bag and to prevent from slipping. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the synthetic resin burlap bag comprises the steps of: (S10) melting polypropylene(PP) and spinning PP yarn; (S20) weaving PP yarn and processing a net type PP fabric; (S30) applying PP to one side of the PP fabric and forming a coating part; (S40) preparing a printing film by mixing 10% of a non-slip agent and a fabric of OPP; (S50) printing a design and a phrase to be advertised on the printing film; (S60) fusing the printing film using the coating part; and (S70) completing the printing film fused fabric using a paper bag making machine.
