PURPOSE: A clamp and a screw for the same are provided to easily clamp an object, such as a guide rod, by means of the clamp. CONSTITUTION: A clamp(200) includes a clamping section(220) made from a rigid elastic member. The clamping section(220) is formed at a central portion thereof with a cavity portion so as to allow the clamp(200) to grip an object. A gap(224) is formed at an outer portion of the clamping section(220). Holes(251,252) crossing the gap(224) are formed in the clamp(200). One of the holes(251,252) is formed with a female-screw tap and the other of the holes(251,252) is formed at a center thereof with a screw-stop pin hole(255). A screw includes a body having a male-screw tap. A guide pin is formed at a middle portion of the body.
