PURPOSE: A robot and cart carrying device is provided to weld in a wanted area freely by using a hoist. CONSTITUTION: A robot and cart carrying device comprises a guide rail(30) joined with an upper longi(21) by fixing jigs(32); a hoist(40) suspended in the guide rail; a robot and cart(50) suspended in the hoist. After lifting up the hoist to a higher position than the height(t) of a lower Longi(22), the robot and cart is moved horizontally.
