PURPOSE: A transfer device is provided to achieve good sealing of a container having a negative interior pressure. CONSTITUTION: In the transfer device(1) for a container(2) having a negative interior pressure, the container being configured to be closed by an elastic stopper(5). The transfer device has a penetrating mandrel(10) configured to penetrate a receiving cap(9) and the stopper. In relation with the penetrating direction thereof, the mandrel has a front penetrating portion(20) and a rear penetrating portion(21) having a diameter larger than that of the front penetrating portion. In a position wherein a bead(4) of the container is inserted into the receiving cap, a sealing portion comes into contact with the stopper. In this way, the tear portion of the stopper is sealed upon the influence of eccentric force applied to the container.
