PURPOSE: A display method, a display control device and a display device are provided to obtain good display quality as suppressing the degradation of image quality, by removing timing difference between an image display timing of the display device and a timing of changing light intensity of light source. CONSTITUTION: The display device comprises a display control device(10) and a display device(103) and a light source(104). An image signal analysis unit(100) analyses an image signal and outputs adjustment parameters to an image signal adjustment unit(101) and outputs light of the light source to a light source control unit(102). The image signal adjustment unit receives the image signal and adjusts the image signal according to the adjustment parameter information and then outputs the adjusted image signal to the display device. The light source control unit generates a light source control signal and then outputs it to the light source.
