METHOD FOR INTEGRATEDLY MANAGING BASE STATIONS AND REPEATERS TO DECIDE A NETWORK DEFECT, CONCERNED WITH EFFECTIVELY MANAGING A MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK AND DETECTING A ROOT CAUSE FOR A NETWORK DEFECT

PURPOSE: A method for integratedly managing base stations and repeaters to decide a network defect is provided to integratedly manage associated configurations about base stations and each RF repeater through source PN offset information of the RF repeaters, thereby effectively managing a mobile communication network and detecting a root cause for a network defect. CONSTITUTION: A central management system receives an SMS message for a PN offset of an RF repeater from an RASS(Remote Air Surveillance System) equipment(S401). The system identifies the RF repeater, and decides whether the obtained PN offset value is identical with one of source PN values(S402). If not, the system compares with a recent source PN history value, and checks whether the PN offset value is identical with the source PN history value(S403). If not, the system updates a source management item of the RF repeater with the obtained PN offset value(S404).
