PURPOSE: A display panel for reducing leakage current and a bias aging method of the display panel are provided to decrease leakage current of an analog sampling switch. CONSTITUTION: A display panel for reducing leakage current includes an image display part(22), a plurality of sampling switches(25), and a plurality of bias switches(26). The image display part has a pixel matrix driven using thin film transistors. The sampling switches sample video signals provided through video signal input lines and supply the sampled video signals to data lines included in the pixel matrix. The bias switches provide a bias aging signal for applying off voltage stress to the respective sampling switches. The bias aging signal includes a gate aging signal, a source aging signal and a drain aging signal. The bias switches supply the gate aging signal to gate electrodes of the sampling switches. The video signal input lines provide the source aging signal to source electrodes of the sampling switches. The data lines supply the drain aging signal to drain electrodes of the sampling switches.
