PURPOSE: A microorganism Phellinus linteus and a mass production method thereof are provided. The microorganism produces a large quantity of anticancer polysaccharides. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Phellinus linteus NBPL 12(KCTC 10425BP) produces anticancer polysaccharides. The method for mass-producing Phellinus linteus NBPL 12(KCTC 10425BP) comprises the steps of: introducing the broth medium into a bio-reactor system; inoculating Phellinus linteus NBPL 12(KCTC 10425BP) into the medium; introducing air into the bio-reactor system; regulating the temperature of the bio-reactor system; releasing air from the bio-reactor system; and stirring the medium by an impeller, wherein the continuous cutting of the cultured Phellinus linteus NBPL 12(KCTC 10425BP) is further carried out by using a strong air pressure or blade; and Phellinus linteus NBPL 12(KCTC 10425BP) is cultured at 26 to 30 deg. C for initial 24 hours, and at 26 deg. C after 24 hours.
