PURPOSE: A placard is proveded, which attracts pedestrian and the driver without interrupting the sight of them. CONSTITUTION: A placard includes a plurality of vibrational strings(1), a pair of vibrational rods(3), a vibrational device(4) and a plurality of fixing strings(5). Each of the vibrational strings(1) is provided with a colored portion so as to display a specific character or the picture. The vibrational rods(3) are connected to both ends of the vibrational strings(1). The vibrational device(4) which is connected to one of the vibrational rods(3) vibrates the vibrational rods(3) rapidly, thereby generating the overall character of the vibrational strings by the afterimage of the colored portions of the vibrational strings(1).
