DRIVING APPARATUS FOR FIXATION APPARATUS CAPABLE OF EASILY REMOVING PAPER CAUGHT BETWEEN HEAT ROLLER AND COMPRESS ROLLER

PURPOSE: A driving apparatus for a fixation apparatus is provided to separate a driving transmission gear and a heat roller gear when paper is caught between a heat roller and a compress roller, thereby capable of idling the heat roller and of easily removing the paper. CONSTITUTION: A driving transmission gear(20) is supported between a driving motor and a heat roller gear in order to be transferred linearly toward the heat roller gear. A driving helical gear(50) is fixed to a rotation shaft of the driving motor. The driving transmission gear is combined with a side of a follower helical gear(40). The follower helical gear is always engaged with the driving helical gear and makes the driving transmission gear and the heat roller gear to be engaged. A fixing shaft(41) supports the follower helical gear and the driving transmission gear. When stopping the driving motor, an elastic member moves the driving transmission gear toward the other side, thereby separating from the heat roller gear.
