PURPOSE: A heat sink apparatus is provided to increase a heatproof efficiency of an apparatus having a quick cooling of a heat absorption part by transferring rapidly a heat from the heat absorption part of a heat sink to an outside. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink apparatus comprises a heat sink(12) having a heat generation part requiring a cooling, a heat absorption part(18) adhering closely about the heat generation part and absorbing a heat from the heat generation part, and a heatproof part radiating the heat from the heat absorption part to an outside, one more heat pipes(14) being adjacent to the heat absorption part of the heat sink and radiating the heat from the heat absorption part to an outside with the heatproof part.
