PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting a semiconductor device is provided to automatically input replaced data of a semiconductor device into each apparatus and automatically reset each apparatus through automatically input data by avoiding a mistaken input error caused by a manual input. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device handler loads and transfers a resin-molded semiconductor device of a strip state and transfers a singulated separate semiconductor device to a tray. A semiconductor device sawing apparatus(30) cuts the semiconductor device of a strip state into separate semiconductor devices by using a blade. A semiconductor device vision apparatus inspects the appearances of the separate semiconductor devices singulated by the semiconductor device sawing apparatus, installed in the semiconductor device handler. A semiconductor sorting apparatus includes the semiconductor device handler, the semiconductor device sawing apparatus and the semiconductor device vision apparatus, installed in the semiconductor device handler. A bar-code reader(16) reads the bar code written in a lot card to which the information of a loaded semiconductor device is input and delivers the read information to the semiconductor device handler, the semiconductor device sawing apparatus and the semiconductor device vision apparatus. The semiconductor sorting apparatus further includes the bar-code reader.
