PURPOSE: An air conditioning unit for a vehicle is provided to maintain a rear seat of the vehicle in a delightful temperature state by connecting a front unit and a rear console unit by a rear console duct and directly guiding some of air of the front unit to the rear seat. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning unit(30) for a vehicle comprises a front unit(31), a rear console unit(310), and a rear console door(319). In the front unit, a blower(33), an evaporator(34), a heater core(37) are arranged in a front case. The front unit supplies air exchanged with heat to each area of the room of the vehicle through a floor outlet(41), a defrost outlet(42) and a vent outlet(43). The rear console unit is connected to the front unit by a rear console duct. In the rear console unit, an auxiliary evaporator(312) and an auxiliary heater core(314) are installed in a rear case(311) and the rear console unit blows air exchanged with heat to a rear seat of the vehicle. The rear console door is installed between the front unit and the rear console duct. The rear console door selectively opens and shuts an inlet to supply some the air of the front unit to the rear console duct.
