PURPOSE: A hands-free having a speed dial, and a method for controlling dialing by using a hands-free are provided to simply dial a telephone number by operating buttons of a speed dial unit by one touch. CONSTITUTION: A first data communication unit(102) is installed to transmit/receive data to/from a mobile phone. A hands-free control unit(104) controls general operations of a hands-free(100). A speed dial unit(106) is connected with the first data communication unit(102) and the hands-free control unit(104) to generate a control signal for dialing telephone numbers preliminarily stored. A voice processor(110) processes audio signals into a voice to output the voice through a speaker(112), and processes a voice received through a microphone(114) into audio signals to transmit the audio signals to the hands-free control unit(104).
