PURPOSE: A meat slicing device is provided to enable a lump of meat to be automatically sliced into even roll form pieces. CONSTITUTION: The meat sliding device comprises a flat blade(15) installed under a box(13) for supporting a lump of meat(12) and adapted to slice the meat lump, and a meat slice rolling unit(16) installed under the flat blade and adapted to roll the meat slice in a cylindrical roll form. When the box moves the lump of meat toward the flat blade, a belt(54) rotates to forcibly roll the sliced meat pieces. Then, when the box is oppositely moved, the belt reversely rotates to discharge the meat pieces.
