The invention relates to method for detecting both anti-lipidic particle antibodies and lipidic particles in cell membranes for the diagnosis of diseases related to the anti-phospholipid antibodies syndrome. The invention also relates to kits or devices for the implementation of said diagnosis. The invention further relates to methods for the treatment of diseases associated with the anti-phospholipid antibodies syndrome. The invention also concerns methods for detecting different physiological states of the cells and the kits required for said detection.
