The assembly has a mobile shutter (2) rotating around an axis, to be projected on a vehicle body and allowing air to penetrate inside a space beneath the shutter. The air in the space is lead by a pipe to a mechanical device for ventilation or cooling of a vehicle. The shutter is located in an upper part behind the vehicle and its rotation defines closed and open positions in which no or maximum air is captured, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising an assembly of capturing air.
