The device has retention units (5-8) for supporting a utensil in a vertical or inclined position on a flat support (11), where the retention units are detachable from the support. The retention units are constituted by arches. The retention units have free ends that are folded towards an end of the arch and penetrated in rails (14,15) provided on the support. An independent claim is also included for a bag for transporting a utensil draining device.
