The machine has a stator (10) with several teeth, where each tooth supports an individual coil. An external (30) and an internal (20) rotor are arranged at exterior and interior, respectively of the stator where the rotor (20) is integrated with the rotor (30). Two magnets of the rotors (30, 20) have same polarity sides arranged with respect to common adjacent polar unit, arranged between the magnets.
