FIELD: measuring and fiber-optic technique, possibly in instrument making, machine tool construction and machine engineering for precise contact-free measuring and controlling linear and angular parameters of surface of objects, possibly with complex, curvilinear and (or) intermittent surface. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes multiplex fiber-optic converter whose light guides are optically matched with optical-member unit. Optical members may be used for illumination and for photo-conversion. At performing measurements stroboscopic effect is used for providing after switching selected optical member for pulse illumination of object, simultaneous switching of other optical member for photo-conversion of reflected optical beam. ^ EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities of optical device. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
