FIELD: transport engineering; vehicles of military and civil application. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed body of crawler vehicle contains load-bearing skeleton whose middle part is made in form of load-bearing module up of closed framings, each formed by bar with balance boxes at sides, vertical posts with brackets of track carrier rollers, upper cross bar and struts. Framings are connected at top and bottom by horizontal stringers, and at sides by intersecting and inter connected stiffening ribs. Sides and bottom in places of reinforcement are assembled of box members and are provided with outer thin-sheet skin secured to provide hermetic sealing of inner spaces. Body can be made in amphibious vehicle version, with overall dimensions of body in length, width and height chosen to provide maneuverability and transportability, requirements to buoyancy factor and stability. Roof is equipped with deck with detachable hermetically sealed armored cabin installed in bow part behind which transport-and-load compartment is located. Deck is made with widening relative to lower part of body by increasing length of upper cross bars of framings to form overtrack arches. On ends of bars vertical box posts with side skin are installed. ^ EFFECT: increased strength and rigidity of body, reduced mass, enlarged operating capabilities of crawler vehicles of different application. ^ 7 cl, 8 dwg |
