<p>A reflector-use precoat metal plate having high diffuse reflectance for visible light and superior heat absorbability; and an electric/electronic device. The reflector-use precoat metal plate is in the form of a metal plate or plated metal plate having on one surface thereof a visible light reflecting film whose diffuse reflectance for visible light with wavelengths of 400-700 nm is 0.7 or above and on the other surface thereof a heat absorbable film whose total emissivity for infrared rays in a range of wave number of 600-3000 cm<-1>, as measured at a certain temperature of not less than 80˚C but not more than 200˚C is 0.7 or above.</p>
