<p>In UWB communication where pulses having short time widths are transmitted, the shape of a pulse signal used for data transmission is adjusted to form a transmitted signal having a desired frequency characteristic, thereby reducing radio wave interference with other radio systems in the UWB communication. The present invention has, as a manner for adjusting a pulse signal, a manner for adjusting the shape of a single pulse itself to produce a pulse signal having a desired frequency characteristic, a manner for combining a plurality of pulses to produce a pulse signal having a desired frequency characteristic, and a manner for obtaining a combination of pulse signals from the frequency characteristic of a transmitted signal of interest.</p> |
